Choca-Mocca Smoothie Recipe
You don’t have to sit down to a meal of vegetables to gain some of their benefits. This smoothie is the perfect start to the day but also contains some hidden vegetables to give you an antioxidant boost – it is also great for your skin with the addition of nutrient-rich blueberries.
Nutritional information Per Serving
16g net carbohydrates
- 250ml dairy or plant-based milk
- 2 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
- ½ avocado
- 40g baby spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp blueberries
- 1 shot of expresso, cooled
- Place all the ingredients into your liquidiser or nutribullet and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to get the consistency you desire.
- Serve chilled.
